NetEase and Naked Rain have shared a 10-minute gameplay video of Ananta, a free-to-play role-playing game set in a city. Previously known as Project Mugen, the video was revealed at Tokyo Game Show 2025.
I was really excited after seeing that open-world gameplay clip earlier this week! For those who might have missed it, Ananta was first revealed back in August 2023, and it’s being developed for PlayStation 5, mobile, and PC. I can’t wait to play it!
The new TGS 2025 gameplay video and description can be found below, via NetEase.

NetEase Games and Naked Rain have released a gameplay demo for ANANTA, a free-to-play RPG, following its debut at Tokyo Game Show. Set in the expansive open world of Nova City, ANANTA promises a lively, anime-inspired experience where players can expect the unexpected and prioritize having fun.
