Popularized by celebrities like the Kardashians (Kim Kardashian showcased several in her home) and Victoria Beckham, even Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz appeared to embrace the minimalist style, seemingly making a statement with their own decorations – or lack thereof.

While Victoria Beckham’s Christmas tree was brightly lit but sparsely decorated, this tree is overflowing with a charming, eclectic mix of ornaments – as if they’ve been collected over many years. Several celebrities embraced a warm and festive Christmas in 2025, but this tree offers a distinctly different vibe compared to the Beckhams’ seemingly more traditional holiday decorations.
There’s been ongoing tension between the Beckhams and Nicola Peltz’s family. Reports suggest problems started as early as 2022, when Nicola married Brooklyn and didn’t wear a dress designed by Victoria Beckham. While initially just gossip, rumors of a family rift have continued ever since.
It really seemed like something was up this Christmas. I noticed David Beckham didn’t share any pictures with Nicola or Brooklyn, which felt a bit strange. I know they spent the holiday with Nicola’s parents – her dad’s a really successful investor and her mom used to be a model, so it makes sense they were there, but it still felt like a signal something was different.
The speculation continued with reports that Brooklyn had blocked his parents on Instagram, a claim his brother Cruz appeared to confirm. This happened several months after the Beckham family presented a seemingly united front in the Netflix documentary about Victoria Beckham – with Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola, being the exception.
Tom Cruise attended Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday party, but her children did not. Later, Victoria and her husband, David Beckham, were unable to attend the vow renewal ceremony for their son Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz.
These little details have caused a lot of online chatter, but so far, no one involved has confirmed anything is actually happening. What we do know is that Brooklyn Beckham didn’t spend Christmas with his parents, David and Victoria, and his own holiday seemed much more relaxed compared to their typically polished social media posts.
