Amazon announced the games included with this month’s Luna Standard subscription (formerly Amazon Prime Gaming) on December 5th, and nine of them are now available to play. Most of the games come from the Forgotten Realms: The Archives – Collection Two bundle, with the final game being the holiday-themed Christmas Adventure: Candy Storm.
Let’s begin with the Forgotten Realms: The Archives – Collection Two package, available on GOG. This collection features classic role-playing games set within the Forgotten Realms universe, including titles like:
- Pool of Radiance: Fantasy Role-Playing Epic Vol. I;
- Curse of the Azure Bonds: Fantasy Role-Playing Epic Vol. III;
- Secret of the Silver Blades: Fantasy Role-Playing Epic Vol. III;
- Pools of Darkness: Fantasy Role-Playing Epic Vol. IV.
This game set is quite old, originally released in the late 80s and early 90s. Because of this, you’ll notice some dated elements, particularly the graphics. However, genre fans and those who enjoy retro games will likely not mind these older aspects.
Christmas Adventure: Candy Storm, found on Legacy Games, is a hidden object puzzle game where you play as a detective trying to solve the mystery of a world suddenly covered in candy.
