WWE 2K26 has different versions, each featuring its own cover star. While most wrestling fans will recognize the featured wrestlers, it can be hard to keep track of all of them. So, we’ve put together a list of each game edition and the athlete on its cover. Let’s take a look!

The Attitude Era and Monday Night War editions of the game both showcase a large roster of wrestlers – over ten on each cover. The Attitude Era edition has the most, featuring 13 different stars. The Monday Night War edition follows closely with 10. In contrast, the King of Kings Edition only features Triple H on the cover.
Following the New Generation Era, the Attitude Era took over WWE from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. This period was known for its edgier, more mature content – a significant departure from the company’s past. The Attitude Era also launched the careers of many now-legendary wrestlers.
The Monday Night War, happening alongside the Attitude Era, was a fierce competition for television ratings between WWE (then known as WWF) and WCW. Both WWE’s Monday Night Raw and WCW’s Monday Nitro were competing for viewers, each offering a unique style and feel. We’re eager to see how this rivalry will be featured in the game.
As of today, the exact contents of each game edition are still unknown. We also haven’t seen any gameplay footage yet, but we expect to see it soon.
So, that’s a wrap on all the WWE 2K26 cover stars for every version of the game! I’m really hoping CM Punk is on the standard edition cover – I’ve heard rumors all month that he might be the main face of the game. And apparently, the story mode this year is going to be all about the current Heavyweight Champion, which sounds awesome!
