As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that MiSide has been one of the most intriguing games to grace my console in recent years. The hunt for collectibles is always a welcome challenge, and the player cartridges scattered throughout the game have provided quite the adventure.
In MiSide, there are two types of items to collect: player cartridges and Mita thumb drives. These items can be found frequently within the game, so it’s essential to gather every player cartridge to unlock the achievement. Here, I’ve compiled a list of all the player cartridge locations across MiSide. Enjoy your exploration!
How to get the achievement called All Players Are Mine
You’ll need to collect a total of ten player cartridges to complete your set, and they’ll be hidden at various points across the entire game, beginning from Chapter 4: The Basement. Here’s the sequence you’ll encounter them in the gameplay.
Chapter 4: Player 3 cartridge
In “The Basement” chapter, once you reach the foot of the stairs, proceed into the room with the camera. On the shelf opposite the camera, about three shelves from the bottom, you’ll spot a few jars. Hidden behind them is a player cartridge.
Chapter 5: Player 2 cartridge
In the “Beyond the World” chapter, you will ascend a ladder into an endless corridor that extends both left and right. Keep walking to your left until you come across a box on the floor; it’s approximately three doors away from the entry, standing out so it can be easily spotted from the start.
Chapter 6: Player 4 cartridge
In the chapter titled “The Loop”, you’ll find yourself repeatedly traversing the same hallway. Upon passing through a door, you’ll spot a table on each side of the entrance. On the left-hand side table, there will be a counter indicating the number of times you’ve completed the loop. On the 14th cycle, a player cartridge is placed on the left table. Due to the extreme darkness, it may not be visible in the snapshot provided, but rest assured, it’s there.
Chapter 7: Player 5 cartridge
Once Mini Mita hands over the key, you’ll step into another replica of her living room. The uppermost shelf of the bookcase houses another game cartridge, which I’ve highlighted better in the image below for clarity.
Chapter 11: Player 7 cartridge
For the initial time following your encounter with Mila at Reading Books and Breaking Glitches, you now have the liberty to roam about. Subsequently, make your way towards the bathroom. Positioned above the washing machine on a shelf to the right of the door, you’ll find a player cartridge. Thankfully, it isn’t concealed within any safe, simplifying the process of obtaining it.
Chapter 13: Player 9 cartridge
At the outset of Chapter Old Version, you’ll find yourself in a magenta-hued house with textures seemingly absent. Your journey begins in the kitchen, leading to a brief transition scene in the living room before you can access the bedroom. You’ll encounter a cartridge on the wall adjacent to Mita’s computer desk.
Chapter 13: Player 8 cartridge
Following your conversation with Mita beyond the Core’s entrance, kindly proceed indoors. Once you’ve entered, directly to your left, you’ll find an office chair on wheels, with a barrel and a cartridge resting atop it.
Chapter 14: Player 10 cartridge
At the outset of the chapter titled “Real World?”, you’ll find yourself in its latest iteration. As you explore, take a moment to glance at the bedroom before venturing into the kitchen. You’ll spot a player cartridge resting on the table near the bedside.
Chapter 15: Player 6 cartridge
Player 6 – On the teleporter table in the basement in the chapter “Reboot,” just before the ending.
Chapter 15: Player 1 cartridge
To get this one, you have to finish the game. You will need to get the long ending.
