A new website lets people earn money by completing small tasks for artificial intelligence. Thousands have already joined the platform.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming more common in our daily routines. Tools like ChatGPT, Grok, and Microsoft Copilot are helping people quickly handle simple tasks. However, it’s important to verify the information these programs provide, as some lawyers have recently discovered when they didn’t.
But now, the situation is changing. A new website called RentAHuman lets AI essentially ‘hire’ people to do real-world, physical jobs for them.
The project, created by Alexander Liteplo, launched on February 2nd and immediately attracted users from all over the world. This sudden popularity caused some technical issues, requiring updates to the website.
RentAHuman goes live and quickly becomes viral
Liteplo reports that thousands of people worldwide are now using AI to perform tasks for them, and most of these users are located in the United States.
On February 4th, he announced that 5,000 Americans are available for hire, making it incredibly simple to launch an in-person marketing campaign in any major city.
Liteplo saw significant interest from international users, with nearly 5,000 sign-ups from India, 1,500 from China, and almost 1,000 from the United Kingdom. RentAHuman reports that it now has more than 110,000 people available for hire.
I just launched my platform last night, and already over 130 people have signed up – including an OnlyFans model and the CEO of an AI startup! It’s pretty wild.
If an AI assistant needs someone to perform a real-world task, it can be done with just one simple request through my platform.

Although it initially appears to be a simple project hoping to gain quick popularity, some users are actually getting paid for completing tasks.
On February 5th, a user named Form_Young shared online that they earned $100 after an AI requested they hold up a sign. They posted proof of the payment.

People have been asking me to do all sorts of things lately! I’ve gotten requests to follow people on social media, watch AI battles, and even do virtual delivery gigs. It’s pretty wild!
Okay, so playing around online in 2026 is… different. AI is seriously leveling up! There’s this new social media site, Moltbook, that’s only for AI, and it’s blown up – everyone’s talking about it.
