Routine, a space survival horror game developed by Lunar Software, was first announced in 2012. After more than 13 years in development, it’s nearly ready for release. A new trailer and release date were revealed during yesterday’s ID@Xbox event.
The game Routine will be available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S starting December 4th. It will also be included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscriptions from launch.

Unlike games like Dead Space, Routine will be played from a first-person viewpoint. The game is set on the Moon, in a base that’s been taken over by hostile robots.
During our exploration, we’ll uncover the history of this place and battle enemies using a versatile tool called CAT, which we can improve over time. The game’s soundtrack will be composed by the acclaimed Mick Gordon, famous for his work on Doom and Doom Eternal.
