When we began creating our interview video series, Cinematrix, we immediately knew who we wanted as our first guest: Edgar Wright. He’s the acclaimed director of films like Shaun of the Dead, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Baby Driver, and The Running Man, which was just released. Those of us at Cinematrix have long admired Edgar, and we’ve always enjoyed his friendly emails. Now, he’s joining us for the first-ever Cinematrix Live episode, where he’ll be discussing his work with frequent collaborators Michael Cera and Simon Pegg. You can watch the premiere episode now, and be sure to follow us on YouTube and Instagram for more to come!
Wright used his love of Cinematrix to create seven unique grids, and we’re excited to share one each day for the next week. We’re starting with a Cinematrix grid inspired by Stephen King – check it out and give it a try!
