Where to get a Power Rod in Arc Raiders
In Arc Raiders, you can obtain Power Rods through a couple of different methods – finding them while exploring or making them yourself. Here’s a breakdown of both ways.
How to get Power Rods from the Spaceport Rocket Assembly
Power Rods are a very rare item classified as “Exodus” loot, and you’ll have the highest chance of finding one by looting the Rocket Assembly area on the Spaceport map.

This location is popular and dangerous, so expect a tough time. Approach others peacefully at first, but be ready for a fight. Someone here might find a valuable Power Rod – why not make sure it’s you?
Okay, so I’ve been trying to find Power Rods in the Rocket Assembly, and it’s tough! There’s no one place they always show up, but a lot of players swear you’re more likely to find them in lockers. Plus, if you play during a Night Raid, you just get better loot overall, so that’s what I always do when I’m hunting for rare stuff!
How to craft a Power Rod
You can also make a Power Rod yourself, but you’ll need to upgrade your refiner workbench to level 3 first. That might take some time if you haven’t done much upgrading yet.
To craft a Power Rod, you’ll need to combine:
- Advanced Electrical Components x2
- Arc Circuitry x2

Even though these things might seem hard to get, they’re actually quite easy if you continue to use your Refiner.
First, craft Electrical Components by combining 8 Plastic Parts and 4 Rubber Parts – these are both very common items. Then, combine those Electrical Components with 3 Wires – which you can easily get by recycling old electronics – to make Advanced Electrical Components.
You can create Arc Circuitry using six ARC Alloy, a common material dropped by defeated ARC enemies. You’ll probably collect a lot of it – more than you need – as you play.
How to get a power rod from a Snap Hook
If you’re not quite ready for the more complex methods, you can easily get a free Power Rod by taking apart a Snap Hook. This is a rare, yellow-colored grappling hook you can find in loot drops, on defeated enemies, or as part of the Arc Raiders battle pass. When you dismantle a Snap Hook, you’ll receive a Power Rod along with other materials. While the Snap Hook is a useful item, many players choose to break it down specifically to get the Power Rod.
Once you find or craft a Power Rod, speak with Celeste to complete Tribute to Toledo.
