Nippon Ichi Software recently revealed a new trailer for Kyouran Makaism during the November 2025 State of Play. The trailer showcases gameplay from the upcoming action RPG, created by the team behind the popular Disgaea series. Kyouran Makaism is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch on January 29, 2026.
Soon after the livestream, Nippon Ichi released another trailer highlighting the fast-paced combat using all seven available weapon types. The trailer also briefly showed off the ability to summon a Servant monster, which can either battle alongside you or become a weapon itself.
The seven weapon types that will appear in Kyouran Makaism are as follows:
- Sword
- Fist
- Spear
- Axe
- Bow
- Gun
- Wand
