Nintendo fans are known for disliking expensive accessories, but there’s something they dread even more: a new LEGO set based on a beloved game. And now, Legend of Zelda fans, that time has come again!
Nintendo of America just announced a new LEGO set based on the popular Zelda series! It’s a welcome surprise, and everything suggests it will be inspired by what many fans consider the best Zelda game of all time.
Get ready to spend some money! It appears we’re about to release collectibles inspired by a classic scene from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, reimagined in a blocky style.
Nintendo And LEGO Want Us To Build A Piece of Hyrule Again

So, Nintendo of America just dropped a hint about a new LEGO set based on The Legend of Zelda! They teased it on their social media, and honestly, everything about it makes me think it’s going to be based on Ocarina of Time. I’m super hyped if that’s the case!
The initial teaser trailer features Link in an arena that strongly resembles the final showdown with Ganondorf – specifically, the Ganon form – on top of Ganon’s Castle. Zelda is also visible behind the wall of fire, mirroring the original game’s climactic battle. Fans have also noticed a familiar sound effect that appears to be one of Ganondorf’s lightning attacks.
The post also contains the threatening line, “Do you realize who you’re dealing with?” It also states the game will be released around 2026, which gives us some time to save up money.
You can check out the teaser right below!
Nintendo hasn’t shared any further details yet, so we’ll have to wait for more information. But we can probably start saving now, as this new set is likely to be expensive!
Just a reminder, this isn’t the first LEGO set based on Zelda! Last year, they released a Great Deku Tree set that drew inspiration from both the classic Ocarina of Time and the more recent Breath of the Wild, and it was full of incredible details.
