Chick-fil-A is testing a new sandwich in two cities: Baltimore, Maryland, and San Antonio, Texas. In Baltimore, they’ll offer two sizes – a smaller breakfast version and a larger one for lunch and dinner. San Antonio will only have the breakfast size. Both versions feature Chick-fil-A’s crispy chicken, smoked bacon, and warm maple waffles.

The rollout, originally planned for early November, has been moved to December 1st to guarantee the waffles are consistently high quality. Customers in select test areas can also enjoy a special offer: a single maple waffle with a side of syrup.

People in Maryland are really excited about Chick-fil-A’s new sandwich, with many saying they’d travel a long way to taste it. Restaurants around Baltimore, like those in Westminster, Waugh Chapel, and Linthicum, have been sharing hints about the sandwich on Facebook, describing it as a delicious blend of sweet and savory flavors.

According to a Chick-fil-A representative, customers interested in the breakfast trial in San Antonio should contact their local store to confirm availability and hours. The company often tests new menu items, like the Pretzel Cheddar Club earlier this year, in select locations before deciding whether to offer them nationwide.
