Team Jade is bringing a Metal Gear crossover to Delta Force, and now they’ve announced when we can expect to see Naked Snake join the free-to-play game.
The partnership starts this month with the new Ahsarah season, but you won’t see Naked Snake join the action until later on.
The design of the Snake operator will be familiar to players of Delta Force, as it reflects his focus on stealth and covert tactics.
Naked Snake’s Delta Force Debut Rings In The New Year With Style
Team Jade just announced that Naked Snake will be joining the cast of Delta Force on January 1, 2026! Get ready to play as Snake in this first-person shooter starting on New Year’s Day.
Players will be able to choose a new look for Nox, the game’s stealth character, based on Naked Snake – and the original voice actor, David Hayter, is returning to bring the character to life.
Nox, added to Delta Force in Season 4, specializes in stealth with his night-vision goggles and equipment – making him a great fit alongside the character Snake. Players will be able to use Naked Snake in both the Operations and Warfare multiplayer modes.
Team Jade is keeping the details about how Naked Snake will appear in the game under wraps for now. According to Game Director Shadow Guo, they want players to discover it on their own. However, he did mention the collaboration will feature special character outfits, collectible items, and other exciting content.
Delta Force players have a lot to look forward to! A new season starts November 18th, bringing fresh maps, weapons, and other exciting content. Console players will also get native keyboard and mouse support and the ability to play with others only on consoles.
As a big Delta Force fan, I was really excited to hear Guo talk about future collaborations! They’ve already started looking into them, which is awesome. While they didn’t mention who they might be working with – and honestly, that’s totally understandable – they did say they think cross-game partnerships are a fantastic way to bring different player bases together and add really cool, fresh content to Delta Force. I’m keeping my fingers crossed to see what they come up with!
