Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment has launched globally, and Koei Tecmo has released patch notes for update version 1.0.1, which is available now.
This update resolves problems that were preventing players from continuing in the game, and it also adds a new feature to the map screen. The official patch notes aren’t currently posted on the English website, so we’ve provided a translation below.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment version 1.0.1 update patch notes
Fixes several issues, including the following:
- When playing split-screen with two players, if you find a Korok under certain conditions, you will be unable to progress.
- Quitting a battle during an attack that rewinds time (i.e. with Zelda) could cause the game to freeze with a black screen.
- If communication is interrupted during a battle while using Game Share, it may become impossible to progress.
The following improvements have been made:
- From the Map screen, added the Y button as a shortcut to open a list of Aside Quests.
The update for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment (version 1.0.1) is 623MB. You can find it in your system settings under ‘Manage Software’ and ‘Update Data’. This download size will be the same for both the digital and physical versions of the game.
