A recent video from Anthony and Joe Russo’s production company showed off costumes for several Marvel Cinematic Universe characters, including one for Doctor Doom as portrayed by Robert Downey Jr. However, the video isn’t revealing any secrets about the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie. Ever since it was announced that RDJ would be back in the MCU, this time as Victor Von Doom (also known as Doctor Doom), fans have been eagerly anticipating a look at his costume and how the character will be portrayed.
Fans first got a glimpse of Doctor Doom’s look in the Marvel Cinematic Universe during the credits of The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The scene shows Doom, cloaked and hooded, speaking with young Franklin Richards at the Fantastic Four’s home. However, only a dark green cape and a quick flash of his metal mask were visible, leaving most of the costume hidden.
A new TikTok video from AGBO, the production company run by the Russo Brothers, shows two people lip-syncing to a popular remix of 4 Non Blondes’ “What’s Up?” and Nicki Minaj’s “Beez in the Trap.” While the focus is on the performers – one wearing an Iron Mask and the other a Doctor Doom mask – you can also spot some costumes in the background.
The video features two people lip-syncing while wearing costumes of Sue Storm, Doctor Doom, and Franklin Richards. However, these costumes have already been shown in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and other places, so they aren’t new reveals.
Where Are The Sue Storm, Doctor Doom And Franklin Richards Costumes From?

Although these costumes seem like they might reveal secrets about the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie, it’s unlikely Marvel would intentionally release spoilers this way. It’s possible the images were leaked, as actors like Tom Holland have accidentally revealed plot details before. However, we’ve actually seen these costumes in promotional materials already, so they aren’t new reveals.
Vanessa Kirby wore the Sue Storm costume in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, and it’s possible she’ll wear it again in Avengers: Doomsday, though this hasn’t been officially confirmed. This seems less likely considering Franklin Richards was already shown in his costume from The Fantastic Four: First Steps in the credits scene.

The green suit used for the Doctor Doom costume is the one Robert Downey Jr. wore when he was revealed to be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Doctor Doom at San Diego Comic-Con 2024 for the movie Avengers: Doomsday. However, the mask is different from the one seen in the post-credits scene of First Steps.
The source of the Doctor Doom mask shown in the video is currently unknown. It’s different from the latest Marvel Legends version and doesn’t match any of the masks Robert Downey Jr. used while playing Iron Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This has led to speculation it might be related to a potential Avengers: Doomsday project, but Marvel or the Russo brothers haven’t confirmed anything. It’s also possible the mask is just a random prop or a piece of Marvel merchandise, like the Iron Man mask.
As a huge Marvel fan, I’m really hoping the trailer for Avengers: Doomsday drops next month! If it does, we’ll finally get a good look at what Doctor Doom’s costume and mask will look like in the MCU. Until then, I’m pretty confident this TikTok video doesn’t give away any of the big costume reveals – so we’re still safe from spoilers!
