The latest product line is really leaning into nostalgia, featuring characters from throughout the franchise in new toys. It includes everything from popular robots from the original Western cartoons to a rare character that first appeared in a Japanese anime.
The 2026 Transformers: Age of the Primes collection will feature the original Primes – the ancestors of Optimus Prime. It will also include characters inspired by Beast Wars. These toys were revealed at MCM Comic-Con London 2025 and are now available for pre-order, appealing to fans both old and new.
Hasbro Rolls Out the Newest Transformers: Age of the Primes Toys for 2026

The new Transformers: Age of the Primes toy line includes figures of various sizes, with many falling into the Deluxe Class. One standout is Quintus Prime, a key character in the line and the creator of the Quintessons. He transforms from a squid-like robot into a Cybertronian spaceship, mirroring the design seen in The Covenant of Primus, and includes an Emberstone accessory. Sureshot is a Targetmaster figure inspired by a classic Generation 1 character, changing into a Cybertronian dune buggy. His partner, Spoilsport, transforms into his weapon. Another Deluxe Class figure, Blast Off, once again becomes a space shuttle, sporting a color scheme faithful to the original animation and being part of the Age of the Primes Bruticus team.
Quickstrike is a unique Transformer from Beast Wars, able to combine two animal forms – he transforms into a scorpion with a snake tail. Jalopy is an original character designed to fit with the classic Junkions from the original Transformers series, turning into a beat-up roadster. Amalgamous Prime is one of the original Thirteen Primes, and his ability to change forms is a key part of his character. He primarily transforms into a spider-like tank, but his design allows for many different configurations depending on who’s transforming him. He comes with a scythe weapon, Cybertronian relics, and a Transformation Cog. Another Junkion, Wreck-Gar, has a new toy that turns into a garbage truck, based on his more recent appearance. Finally, Brawl is a powerful Combaticon who transforms into a tank and carries a blaster in robot mode, in addition to the turret on his back.
Two new Leader Class toys have been announced, including Big Convoy, a character from the Beast Wars Neo anime who served as a version of Optimus Prime. The new Big Convoy toy includes almost all the accessories from the original release. He transforms from an organic woolly mammoth with a moving trunk to a robot equipped with tonfas, grappling hooks, the Matrix of Leadership, and a cannon made from his mammoth head. The other new Leader Class toy is Razorclaw, a repaint of the Tigerhawk figure from Transformers: Legacy, and is similar to a previous Razorclaw figure from Transformers: Universe. Razorclaw transforms from a robot into a bird-tiger hybrid and carries feather blades and a large cannon in both forms. All three class sizes – Deluxe, Voyager, and Leader – are available for pre-order now, priced at $27.99, $42.99, and $59.99, respectively.
