Pre-orders for Resident Evil Requiem are now available at many stores. The survival horror game is scheduled to release on February 27, 2026, and will have several special physical editions and accessories. A Deluxe Steelbook Edition will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC for $90. If you purchase the standard $70 game through Amazon, it will include a double-sided poster.
Okay, so here’s the deal for Switch 2 owners: they’re releasing a Resident Evil Generation Pack with Requiem, Resident Evil 7, and Resident Evil Village all in one for 90 bucks. The best part? Village and RE7, along with all their DLC, are coming to the Switch 2 on the same day as Requiem! And get this – we’ll be able to play all three games with a cool special-edition Resident Evil Switch 2 Pro Controller. It sounds like this controller will be the first themed one for the Switch 2, and it’s dropping on launch day. Plus, they’re planning a Grace Ashcroft Amiibo to follow next summer. Pretty awesome, right?
Resident Evil Requiem Preorder Bonuses
The Amazon Exclusive Edition includes a double-sided poster with the game’s artwork on one side and a scenic screenshot on the other. GameStop is offering an exclusive tote bag with preorders, but you have to pick it up in person on the game’s release day, probably at midnight.
If you pre-order the game physically or digitally, you’ll receive a special in-game costume for the character Grace, called “Apocalypse.” You can find details on the physical editions and the official Switch 2 Pro Controller further down the page.
