Corey Stoll Joins ‘Imperfect Women’ Limited Series at Apple TV+

Corey Stoll has just joined the cast for the “Imperfect Women” limited series on Apple TV+, as we’ve discovered.

Stoll joins Elisabeth Moss, Kerry Washington, Kate Mara, Joel Kinnaman, and other cast members in this production. Previously mentioned, the series draws inspiration from the book “People We Hate by Araminta Hall.

The official summary of the project reveals it as an “unusual psychological thriller exploring a crime that devastates the long-standing bond of three female friends. ‘Imperfect Women’ delves into themes such as guilt and retribution, love and deceit, and the sacrifices we make which can forever alter our lives. As the investigation progresses, so does the revelation of how friendships can subtly evolve over time.

Stoll will star in the role of Howard.

On the small screen, Kevin Stoll gained significant recognition for his role on the successful Netflix show “House of Cards,” which earned him a Golden Globe nomination in 2014, and for his stint on “The Strain” from FX. Lately, he played Mike Prince over several seasons of the critically acclaimed Showtime series “Billions.” In movies, Stoll has featured in various Marvel films such as “Ant-Man,” and others like Woody Allen’s “Midnight in Paris,” “The Many Saints of Newark,” and Steven Spielberg’s “West Side Story.” On the stage, Kevin Stoll is a talented actor, having been nominated for a Tony Award for his performance in “Appropriate” alongside Sarah Paulson.

He is repped by UTA, Suskin/Karshan Management, and SRDA Law.

Annie Weisman will transform “Imperfect Women” for television screens, taking on the role of executive producer through Love & Squalor Pictures. Lindsey McManus from Love & Squalor also serves as an executive producer, with the company having initially acquired the book’s rights. Washington will join in executive production via Simpson Street, accompanied by Pilar Savone, and Hall will do the same alongside Moss. Lesli Linka Glatter is set to direct the pilot episode and also serve as an executive producer. Kay Oyegun will contribute writing and executive producing under her deal with 20th Television. The series is a joint production between 20th Television and Apple Studios.
