Overwatch 2 x new LE SSERAFIM collab: Release window, cosmetics, more

In a follow-up collaboration with LE SSERAFIM, Overwatch is gearing up to introduce some fresh looks and additional items within the game, including new character skins and accessories.

LE SSERAFIM, a K-Pop girl group, teamed up with Overwatch 2 in the year 2023, introducing a temporary game mode along with an array of fresh cosmetics for characters like D.Va, Tracer, Sombra, Brigitte, Kiriko, and unexpectedly, Junkrat within the game.

Back then, it turned out to be an adored collaboration among us gamers, propelling the game straight to the top of Steam’s best-selling list.

Following the mention of a girl group at the Spotlight event, it became evident that the collaboration would reappear in Blizzard’s first-person shooter. Fortunately for those eagerly awaiting fresh skins, this time around, their wishes have been granted.

Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM collab release window

On November 1, 2023, we launched our first collaboration with LE SSERAFIM. But just after the teaser from the Spotlight event was unveiled, the members of the LE SSERAFIM girl group expressed a heartfelt message to their fans, hinting at a second phase of our collaboration.

In a thrilling turn of events, Overwatch 2 and the dynamic group LE SSERAFIM are all set to return for another round! We’re not alone in our excitement as there are plenty of fans who share our enthusiasm! 😊🎤

Based on their announcement, players can look forward to receiving fresh skins and accessories in March. They were excited to share that they will be working with Overwatch 2 again, and have plans to unveil new skins and accessories during March. Keep an eye out for additional information in the near future.

LE SSERAFIM Preview Upcoming Album: HOT 💿

Their new album, tentatively set for a March 14 release, may coincide with the anticipated #Overwatch2 collaboration. If all goes as planned, it could include in-game cosmetics designed to emulate the visual style of HOT.

As a gamer, I’m super hyped about the news! Not only are we looking forward to our next gaming adventure, but the band has given us another reason to get excited. They’ve hinted at a new album titled “HOT” coming out on March 14, 2025. It seems like there could be some sweet synergy between the album and Overwatch 2, with rumors suggesting that a collaboration might drop around the same time. If it does, we could be in for some awesome cosmetics inspired by the fresh vibe of the new album!

Possible LE SSERAFIM cosmetics

At present, we haven’t seen the new skins for the collaboration yet. However, it seems that Yunjin has posted some emojis which might symbolize each member or tracks of the next album. Some fans speculate that these could also hint at the upcoming character skins or hero choices.

One person proposed a theory connecting certain items to specific characters in the game: Ice Cream for Venture, Butterfly for Symmetra, Ice Cube for Mei, and Wings for Mercy, while suggesting that Flaming Heart might represent Ashe or possibly Illari.
