Kendrick Lamar’s TDE manager fires back at Kai Cenat’s Super Bowl allegations

Following Kai Cenat accusing Kendrick Lamar of incorporating fabricated audience cheers into his relatively quiet Super Bowl halftime performance, Kendrick Lamar’s management team suggested that the streamer was driven by a desire for revenge in making such claims.

In response to Twitch celebrity Kai Cenat’s criticism of Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX halftime show, a manager from Hollywood, who represents Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE), the record label that employs Lamar, spoke up.

At the Cenat’s live feed, it was asserted that during the 59th Super Bowl performance of the 22-time Grammy-winning artist, there was “no audible disturbance.

“Crowd wasn’t making no noise. This is me being honest, I was there,” Cenat recalled.

Centa firmly stood by his accusations, stating that the sounds of a cheerful crowd were artificially incorporated into Lamar’s performance, giving an illusion that the audience was actively participating.

Wow, I can’t believe it! They’ve included sound effects for the NFL games now. Honestly, when I first watched it, there were no sounds at all,” the streamer remarked as he replayed the performance on his computer.

DJ Akademiks responds when Kai Cenat claims that the NFL incorporated pre-recorded crowd noise during Kendrick Lamar’s halftime show. He asserts, based on his personal experience of being in the stadium, that the use of sound effects was undoubtedly employed.

TDE manager says Cenat was “mad” he was denied access to Lamar’s Super Bowl suite

After his assertions, Hollywood countered on Instagram, stating that Cenat was not permitted access to Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX luxury box, which allegedly prompted him to criticize the rapper’s performance.

“This n**** MAD MAD cause he didn’t [have] access to dot suite!!! lol,” the TDE manager said.

The TDE manager, HWOOD, stated that Kai Cenat was not permitted entry into Kendrick Lamar’s private suite. This is why Kai claims that the NFL artificially enhanced crowd noise during the halftime show and that the actual audience wasn’t as loud as it seemed.

People’s responses varied following Hollywood’s retort, which suggested that Cenat’s accusations stemmed from petty feelings.

“All the real ones know that it went hard!! Kendrick killed that sh*t,” commented one on X.

“If that’s the case, why a lot of people saying the same sh*t?” questioned another.

A bystander remarked, “This wasn’t an audience gathered for Kendrick. It was more like a football match. Fans here didn’t shell out $1000 just to watch him perform truncated renditions of their favorite tracks.

As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but marvel at the fact that, though it remains unclear if Lamar’s halftime show noise was amplified, he undeniably shattered the record for the most-watched Super Bowl halftime performance with an astounding 133.5 million viewers!
