In simple terms, Team 1 (T1) has triumphed over both the winners of the 2024 Masters Shanghai and Pacific Stage 2 tournaments, Gen.G. This victory qualifies T1 to represent the Pacific region in the Masters Bangkok tournament alongside DRX.
In the Kickoff Grand Final, they’ll encounter DRX yet again, this time with the dual objectives of exacting revenge and securing the top spot for Masters Bangkok.
Stax and BuZz from Team T1 are set to reappear at an international competition following almost a year and a half’s absence.

Initially, teams T1 won both Pearl and Lotus maps in the series, each time with a clear 13-8 score. But on Haven, Gen.G took control, winning decisively with a score of 13-5, keeping them in the game.
Initially, Team1 appeared close to securing the series win on Split, leading by a substantial 10-3 margin that suggested a straightforward victory for them. However, underdogs Gen.G mounted an astounding comeback, extending the map into four overtimes before eventually clinching it with a final score of 17-15.
Initially, it seemed like an easy win for team T1 on the final map, Bind, as they quickly built a commanding 9-0 lead. But then, Gen.G fought back strongly, taking eight out of the next nine rounds, narrowing the score to 10-8.
Under the strain, T1 managed to regroup and deliver the decisive strike, wrapping up Bind with a score of 13-10, thereby clinching the series at 3-2.
