Nintendo Q3FY2025 Results: Mario & Luigi: Brothership sells 1.84 million units

Nintendo recently made available their quarterly financial report [PDF] for the third quarter of their 2025 fiscal year, providing minor updates regarding the sales figures for their role-playing games (RPGs).

On this specialized site, our primary focus is discussing the launch of the game titled “Mario & Luigi: Brothership“. As of December 31st, it was reported that the game shipped a total of 1.84 million units during the quarter. Nintendo clarifies that a significant portion, approximately 1.4 million units, were sold directly to consumers.

  • The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom has sold 3.91 million units since launch [up from 2.58 last quarter]

  • Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet have sold 26.38 million units since launch [up from 25.69 last quarter]
