Julia Fox Wants Hollywood to Stop With Reboots, She’s Got New Ideas

Julia Fox has a message for Hollywood.

On the Grammys red carpet on Sunday, she made it clear that she’s not interested in reboots, remakes, or sequels. What she really wants is innovative, contemporary content that resonates with the young generation and today’s audience.

The actress from “Uncut Gems” is presently working on creating her own television and film scenarios. She invites potential investors to reach out to her, stating that she has exceptional casts and captivating tales that are truly extraordinary and otherworldly.

At the Grammy Awards, Charli XCX invited her as a guest, and Fox shared the reason for wearing yellow dish gloves. “I sense it’s going to be a dominant sweep, we’re going to take over,” she stated. “We’re planning on sweeping all the Grammys.” Although Kendrick Lamar garnered the most wins with five awards, the “Brat” singer cleaned up quite well, earning three statuettes for herself.

Recently, it’s been revealed that the popular singer known as “Brat” is joining forces with A24 for the creation and starring role in a movie titled “The Moment.” This film is based on an original concept of hers and marks the first project under her newly established production company, Studio365. At this time, specifics about the plot are being kept confidential.

‘The Moment’ marks the first foray into feature directing by Scottish photographer and filmmaker Aidan Zamiri, a role he co-wrote with Bertie Brandes. Longtime partner in creative endeavors A.G. Cook will create the music score.

Fox has not yet discussed with Charli about being in the film, but she’s eager to bring up the topic and ask if there’s a role for her since Charli is aware of her acting skills.

In her first film role, the Fox actress was recognized with a nomination for Breakthrough Performer at the 2019 Gotham Awards in the Safdie Brothers’ movie “Uncut Gems.
