This trailer surfaced at the conclusion of Sundance 2025, and it predominantly showcases its thought-provoking lead actor. Two years ago, the movie that debuted at the Sundance Film Festival generated a lot of buzz. Vanity Fair praised Major’s performance as “a powerful act of transformation.” However, Major was subsequently accused and convicted of assaulting and harassing his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. Searchlight Pictures then abandoned the film, but Briarcliff Entertainment took over.
