Are you excited about a heartwarming homecoming story? That’s what the Jonas Brothers are aiming for. Former Disney stars Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas have revealed that they will be releasing a Christmas comedy movie on Disney+. In a video reminiscent of “Love Actually,” the brothers and bandmates hinted that the film is scheduled to premiere during the 2025 holiday season, giving fans ample time to prepare. According to Variety, the film’s synopsis suggests a tale where the brothers encounter a string of challenges as they strive to travel from London to New York in order to celebrate Christmas with their families.
For Disney Branded Television and Disney’s 20th Television, the co-showrunners Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger are penning a new project titled “Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie“. This project will be produced by them along with the Jonas Brothers, Adam Fishbach, Spencer Berman, and Scott Morgan. Jessica Yu, known for directing “Quiz Lady”, is set to lead this production. Notably, Grammy nominee Justin Tranter is working on original songs for this movie, similar to how they crafted tracks for the brothers’ last album, simply named “The Album“.
