‘Love Is Blind’ Season 8 Trailer: Netflix Teases Prenups and Proposals in Minnesota Edition

Netflix unveiled a sneak peek for Season 8 of the popular series “Love Is Blind,” marking its five-year milestone on their streaming platform. This time around, the show is set in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area and is scheduled to debut on Valentine’s Day.

Titled “Love Is Blind,” this reality show, first aired in 2020, has inspired numerous international adaptations. In this unique setup, singles participate in a series of dates where they can’t see each other; instead, they converse from individual pods – specially designed lounges that let them hear but not see their potential partners. If a connection forms, the participants may propose to their chosen partner, and if accepted, they meet for the first time in person afterwards. As weeks pass, the couples venture out into the real world to check if their bond remains strong. In the finale, each engaged couple decides whether to formalize their relationship with marriage or part ways separately.

The eighth season of the popular reality show returns, focusing on a fresh batch of singles from Minnesota. These individuals are eager to navigate contemporary dating and establish genuine relationships without ever meeting in person first. This time around, the contestants quickly form meaningful bonds, paving the way for a surprising adventure filled with unforeseen twists, turns, and stunning surprises that will challenge each relationship long after they step out of the pods and enter the real world.

In a new twist of events, Chris Coelen takes on the role of executive producer alongside Ally Simpson, Brent Gauches, Eric Detwiler, and Brian Smith. For the eighth season of “Love Is Blind”, Kinetic Content is in charge of production, with Vanessa and Nick Lachey graciously hosting the show.
