Joey Swoll criticized a man for videotaping and verbally harassing an older lady who accidentally brushed against his vehicle as she was walking across the road.

As a passionate gamer, I’ve always admired fitness influencers like Joey Swoll for his bold stance against unhealthy habits within the gym community. Yet, something I recently witnessed left me disheartened. On January 24, while scrolling through videos on the street, I chanced upon a clip that stirred a wave of upset within me.

In this scene, a fellow is perched inside his vehicle, recording an elderly pedestrian who’s leisurely making her way across the road, holding onto his car for support. As she nears the car window, he yells out, “Move away from my car!” and lowers the window to address her.

Let me pause here for a moment, madam. How are you today? It seemed like you might have been touching my vehicle. Did you possibly damage it? he inquires. No, you didn’t cause any harm, I was just curious as to why you… but she interrupts him. “Because I can’t walk properly,” the elderly lady clarifies.

He apologizes, saying there’s no issue, but admits he had accidentally touched her car. She responds by stating that she’s still in contact with it, but assures him she will soon let go, and then proceeds to walk away.

Joey Swoll slams man for shouting at elderly woman

Following the viewing of the video, Swoll expressed his thoughts on social media, addressing the individual responsible for it. “What a pity,” the content creator started off by saying.

Instead of whipping out your phone to record and mock a woman in distress, consider using the opportunity to offer assistance instead. Rather than attempting to catch her doing something for social media likes or attention, why not lend a helping hand?

Could this be the reality we inhabit? Allow me to pose a question. If that person was your mom or grandma, would that be the manner in which you’d prefer them to be treated?

Swoll admired the elderly woman’s reaction, commenting, “What I adore about this video is her boldness when she states, ‘Even though it’s over, I’m still going to touch your car.’ I really appreciate that.

He continued, “I understand, that’s your vehicle and no one should tamper with it. However, is there any significant harm? Just some smudges from fingers? Has the car become soiled?” Then, he proposed to cover the cost of a car wash for him.

After facing criticism, the initial Reel that Swoll responded to has now been taken down from the platform where it was shared.

This event contributes to an expanding catalog of viral responses from Swoll, who criticized viewers for making fun of Adin Ross’ gym achievements the previous month.
