Corey Pritchett, a well-known YouTube personality, was brought back to the United States following his flight to Qatar to dodge accusations of kidnapping and making threats against two women in November 2024.
At present, Corey Pritchett, who is 26 years old, boasts nearly four million subscribers on YouTube. However, you may not find new videos from him in the near future.
On November 24, 2024, Pritchett had an outing with two young ladies, aged 19 and 20. They initially gathered at a gym in Houston, Texas, after which they hopped on ATVs for a ride together and concluded their day with a game of bowling.
The women informed the police that there was a significant shift in the YouTuber‘s behavior following their outings. They claimed he brandished a firearm and sped along I-10 at over 100 miles per hour.

According to reports, Pritchett allegedly stated that he would harm the two individuals whom he had taken phones from, as he felt he was being pursued. In a statement made to the authorities, it was mentioned that he believed someone was trying to catch him and that he was being accused of setting fire to someone’s vehicle.
Ultimately, Pritchett pulled over on the roadside to let the women disembark. For more than an hour, they trekked until a kind passerby permitted them to make a call for assistance using their telephone.
Corey Pritchett charged with two counts of armed kidnapping
On December 26, the YouTube personality faced charges for two counts of aggravated kidnapping. However, before the warrant for his arrest could be served, he had already left the country and traveled to Qatar. There, he publicly ridiculed the arrest warrant in numerous social media posts.
He brazenly announced on TikTok that he’s hiding out: “I’ve taken someone hostage and stashed them in the back of my car. You need to track me down… I’m currently in Dubai, evading capture.
By January 23, 2025, the YouTuber known as Pritchett had been brought back to the United States. He was apprehended on January 17 and is said to have hired a Public Defender to stand for him during court proceedings.
In an Instagram post that has since been deleted on January 5th, he mentioned his upcoming visit, stating, “I’m heading to the United States. I’ve got a meeting scheduled in Houston.
Starting from Wednesday, January 22, Pritchett is currently detained on a bond worth $100,000. His next court appearance is scheduled for Thursday, January 23. He declares that he has no regular income, no possessions, and has been an independent content creator for approximately nine and a half years, according to his affidavit.
