The revamped version of Tales of Graces f, titled Tales of Graces f Remastered, is now available across consoles and PC systems. This latest iteration comes packed with downloadable content from the original game as well as fresh additions, depending on the edition you choose. However, Bandai Namco Entertainment has been somewhat cryptic about which licensed material was excised from this remastered version. The final list of what’s included remains to be clarified.
Beyond the downloadable content (DLC) already incorporated into the game and additional content available for purchase on online marketplaces, no instructions are provided within the game itself on how to access these extra features such as costumes, skits, or music changes. This guide intends to provide a comprehensive list of all new and previous DLC included in Tales of Graces f Remastered, explaining where and how you can acquire them.
What DLC is not included in Tales of Graces f Remastered
Bandai Namco Entertainment’s Q&A for Tales of Graces f Remastered states that while not all downloadable content (DLC) from the original game will be included, licensed music is primarily what will be omitted in the remastered version. Upon comparison between the DLC for Tales of Graces f Remastered and its original counterpart, it has been noted that the Miku, .hack (Dot Hack), and Code Geass DLC sets are not featured in the remastered game. I’ve provided a list of all the DLC included in both the standard and Digital Deluxe editions of Tales of Graces f Remastered here, but I wanted to clarify this point since there has been much discussion about whether or not at least the .hack DLC would be included.

It also offers some fresh DLC, which can be obtained through pre-ordering the game or by purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition.

How to access DLC in Tales of Graces f Remastered
When launching Tales of Graces f Remastered, the game may recognize any new DLC included with pre-order bonuses or the Deluxe Edition. It doesn’t mention previous game’s DLC. To access these additional items, navigate to the game menu’s item tab and scroll to the furthest column on the right, where all 94 sets of DLC are listed. You’ll need to manually select the ones you desire for your current save file. If you previously utilized the Grade Shop, certain relevant DLC may appear grayed out because you have already used them.
How to change costumes in Tales of Graces f Remastered
As a devoted fan, I’d like to share how I switch outfits in Tales of Graces f Remastered. To do this, navigate to the Status section within the game menu. Once there, keep moving right until you reach the ‘Costumes’ tab. It’s here where you can swap your current outfit for any others that you’ve earned. However, remember that you need to upgrade the title associated with the costume DLC and learn its Costume skill before you can equip it from the menu. Happy gaming!
To illustrate, to acquire the ability to use the Costume skill for Asbel’s attire titled “Vest-Dressed”, you must elevate its level to 3 first. Once you’ve reached this level, you can then select and wear the costume.
How to use DLC attachments in Tales of Graces f Remastered
In Tales of Graces f Remastered, if you want to switch your attachments, navigate to the Status section in the game’s menu. Keep scrolling to the right until you find the Attachments tab (it’s the sixth one or the one that appears after Costumes). Once there, feel free to equip any attachments you’ve claimed from the DLC section of the Items menu without worrying about leveling up first, unlike costumes.
How to change battle music in Tales of Graces f Remastered?
Inside the game, navigate to the Options menu located at the bottom of your screen. Scroll down past the volume controls to find the Battle Music Settings. Here you can adjust the settings as follows:
