Two Loyal Individuals, Alexander and Fozia, entered the ranks of The Betrayers (UK) during their debut appearance. Regrettably, Jack was not chosen for the show, leading some viewers to believe that the series may have violated its established guidelines.
As a fervent fan, I was utterly captivated by the unforeseen twist in this season’s Traitors. While en route to the castle, our players experienced an abrupt halt on their train. To move forward, they were compelled to select three individuals to disembark. If they hesitated, a substantial £10,000 ($12,200) would be forfeited from the grand prize!
First to disembark was Fozia, followed by Jack, and eventually Alexander. Their decision to act swiftly was daring, and although it seemed questionable to some, it turned out that their courage was acknowledged – in a roundabout way.
In episode 4, they were reconnected with their fellow competitors through a temporary train car used for track maintenance (rail replacement). Yet, in an intense demonstration of democratic decision-making, each contestant could select just two others to return to the castle with them. Ultimately, Jack found himself stranded, suspended within his enclosure by the end of this ordeal.
Jack wasn’t banished or murdered, so how can he leave The Traitors?
Actually, Jack didn’t face exile or death at the hands of The Traitors. Instead, it seems he wasn’t given an opportunity to participate – which could potentially breach the rules of the show.
Recall the first season when Kieran and Amos unexpectedly came back onto the program. Claudia Winkleman clarified that they didn’t depart on the initial day; instead, one can only exit The Traitors if they are killed or exiled.
One viewer expressed their displeasure by saying, “The rules allow either banishment or death. I don’t think it’s right that Jack has been permanently removed.
Justice for Jack, bring him back in episode 6! #TheTraitors

Is it not against the rule that states no one can exit unless expelled or killed? Some have suggested otherwise, claiming that Jack might return and he’s only leaving due to being temporarily absent, not permanently banished or murdered.
It’s highly unlikely that Jack will reappear, given his recent appearance on The Traitors Uncloaked, an official aftershow where he was seen alongside Maia, Armani, and Kas after they were all exiled and supposedly killed. This suggests that his time in the game or story has come to a close.
Additionally, we’re down to just eight episodes remaining in Season 3, and there are a total of seventeen players still in the game. Given this, it seems highly improbable that they would introduce another competitor at this stage.
Thirdly, it seems Jack may have found a way out of the show without any consequences: since he didn’t reach the castle, he wasn’t classified as a player, making him exempt from being banished or killed according to the rules. Essentially, the rules didn’t pertain to him, which can be tough, but that’s just how The Traitors works.
