In the latest update of Wuthering Waves, Version 2.0, I’ve stumbled upon a fresh, unexplored region called Rinascita. It’s overflowing with new territories to traverse, Echoes to gather, and missions to conquer. Some of these missions are cleverly concealed off the map, challenging me to embark on my own adventures to uncover them.

As an ardent enthusiast, let me share a captivating secret mission that I stumbled upon in the enchanting world of “Wuthering Waves” – the “Treasures in the Painting” nestled within Egla Town, a tranquil hamlet to the southeast of bustling Ragunna City. Follow this guide as we embark on an exhilarating journey to uncover and conquer this hidden quest together!

How to Start Treasures in the Painting Quest in Wuthering Waves

To embark on the “Treasures in the Painting” adventure, gamers should make their way to the Resonance Beacon situated outside Egla Town in Whisperwind Haven. Following this, climb the steps on the eastern side of the beacon until you reach the topmost set of stairs. In the vicinity, you’ll discover a verdant space where an NPC named Claudia is engaged in painting on a canvas by the cliffside. Remember to adjust your in-game time between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM (06:00–17:00), as Claudia departs her location at night.

To trigger the secret mission, engage in a chat with Claudia. In this conversation, she might express that you resemble your Sentinel to her and gift you one of her artworks. Upon finishing the dialogue, take note as the quest will now require you to discover the real-life location that inspired Claudia’s artwork.

How to Complete Treasures in the Painting Quest in Wuthering Waves

In Claudia’s artwork, you’ll find a tower standing to the south, which can be seen from her perch on the cliff. This tower is nestled on a tiny island in the Thorncrown Rises, enveloped within Thessaleo Fells. Players have two convenient methods to reach this tower:

1. By utilizing the Echo Challenge: Flight II teleport spot, they can quickly ascend to the top of the tower.
2. Alternatively, once they’ve completed the Shadow of the Towers exploration quest, the Command Rise teleport point becomes accessible, allowing them to approach the base of the tower more easily.

Initially, players can slide or glide along a part of the tower to get to the designated spot. Alternatively, if you’re starting from the base, you can leverage the Flight tool, added in Version 2.0, to climb the tower. Upon reaching the marked location, simply stand on it to bring up a Standard Supply Chest. Opening this chest will finish the Treasures in the Painting challenge and grant you the achievement Lost Glory.
