Razer has unveiled a new docking station for portable gaming devices: the Razer Handheld Dock Chroma. This adaptable hub converts mobile devices into television-ready game consoles, boasting a six-port I/O layout. Preorders are now being accepted for the device, which will be released on January 30 at a price of $80.

As per Razer, this dock comes with a Gigabit Ethernet port, several USB ports, and an HDMI output. This setup enables you to connect handheld gaming PCs such as the Asus ROG Ally or Steam Deck and transmit the display to your TV or screen. Furthermore, the dock offers a 100W fast charging feature, boasts a durable aluminum body, and provides customizable RGB illumination.

At this year’s CES 2025, Razer unveiled several exciting announcements, one of which was the new dock system. Other notable reveals include:

1. The Razer Blade 16 laptop – a sleek gaming device boasting a 240Hz OLED screen and an advanced AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor.
2. The upcoming PC Remote Play feature for the Razer Nexus mobile app, which will allow users to stream their PC gaming sessions directly onto their iOS and Android devices.
3. Project Arielle – a revolutionary gaming chair equipped with integrated heating and cooling technology for optimal comfort during extended gaming sessions.

Based on the Razer Fujin Pro mesh gaming chair, Project Arielle employs a fanless cooling system to provide personalized airflow adjustments to its user. Upcoming Razer offerings include RGB light bars featuring both front and rear lighting possibilities, the Iskur V2 X gaming chair with a $300 price tag, and the 19.7-inch Razer Monitor Stand boasting built-in USB and HDMI ports.
