Delano featured in 12 episodes of the CBS comedy series “Northern Exposure” as Officer Barbara Semanski, and also portrayed Sister Beech in the 2006 reboot of “The Wicker Man.

She’s also known for her roles in various series such as “Popular,” where she portrayed Roberta “Bobbi” Glass, and “Days of Our Lives,” where she took on the character of FBI agent Hilda, assigned to safeguard Sami Brady. Her film appearances include “Miracle Mile,” “The Ladykillers,” “A Mighty Wind,” and “Out of These Rooms.

Delano additionally contributed her voice to several animated productions, including “Batman: The Bold and the Brave,” “Infinity Express,” “Teen Titans” and “Rugrats.

In 2012, Delano won an Indie Series Award for her supporting role in the TV movie “Fumbling Thru the Pieces”. Seven years later, in 2019, she shared the Los Angeles Film Award for best ensemble with the cast of Justin Issac Ward’s coming-of-age drama “Relish”.

In “Paradise: A Town of Sinners and Saints,” released on popular streaming platforms in early December, Delano recently took on a role under the direction of Ward. This film is described as a “bluegrass musical comedy” that explores the struggle between good and evil in a once bustling coal mining town that has since dried up. According to an official summary, Delano portrayed Cyndle Johnson alongside Raquel Castro, Dave Florek, Casey Ford Alexander, and Eric Casalini.
