As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I must admit that Supervive has truly caught my attention. Coming from someone who’s seen the rise and fall of countless games, the sheer success of this MOBA BR hybrid is nothing short of impressive.
A fresh game called Supervive, which combines MOBAs (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) with battle royale styles, has swiftly climbed to the summit of Steam’s rankings, and at its debut, it even outshone League of Legends on Twitch.
As a passionate gamer, I jumped right into the action when Supervive, the highly-anticipated fusion of Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) and hero shooter genres, launched its Steam Early Access on November 20. Now, it’s all about battling other players and fearsome monsters to emerge victorious!
The video game developer, Theorycraft Games, constructed an action-packed gaming environment reminiscent of League of Legends, emphasizing fast-paced combat along with elements that prioritize skill, strategy, and collaboration. Since its Early Access launch, this title has attracted a massive number of players eager to test it out for themselves.
According to the figures, Theorycraft might be a significant success if it maintains its current pace.
New Supervive MOBA BR game is off to a great start
Since its launch on November 20th, the game Supervive has experienced significant popularity on Steam, reaching a maximum simultaneous player count of 45,615.
On November 24th, the game titled “Theorycraft” managed to secure the second position on SteamDB’s Popular Trending Games chart, with Stalker 2 holding the top spot due to its over 120,000 simultaneous players.
Not only did Supervive trail behind the commercially successful Stalker 2, but it also garnered significant attention during its launch on Twitch. On its first day, Supervive surpassed League of Legends in viewership, with a peak of 115,000 viewers compared to League’s 108,000.

Currently, when I’m typing this, Supervive’s Twitch audience stands at approximately 47,001 viewers, which remains quite remarkable given the circumstances.
Players who are enthusiastic about Supervive can presently dive into the Early Access version of the game, a status that will continue for anywhere between half a year and a year.
16 unique characters, known as Hunters, are actively present within the game, offering players a choice among four distinct game modes: the 4-versus-4 Arena, the Battle Royale Squads (for teams of multiple players), and the Battle Royale Duos (for two-player teams).
According to information provided in an FAQ post, Early Access for Supervive will conclude when the team has perfected the graphics, enhanced emergent gameplay, and added more elements to the metagame progression. Given that the current version of the game already looks this polished, there’s a promising future ahead for Supervive.
