Kraft responds to viral TikTok claiming their gluten-free Mac & Cheese had no cheese

As a lifelong gamer who’s been through countless virtual quests and battles, I can say that Abby’s tale is a real-life epic saga. She embarked on a quest for the elusive cheese packet in her gluten-free Kraft Mac and Cheese boxes, facing seemingly insurmountable odds. A woman claimed multiple boxes of gluten-free Kraft Mac and Cheese she’d bought didn’t have the cheese packet, leading to a response from Kraft and several other brands to reach out to her.

Abby, a TikTok user, posted a series of videos detailing an issue she encountered with her purchases. Specifically, she bought four different boxes of gluten-free Kraft Mac and Cheese over the past two months, but each box she opened didn’t contain the cheese packet.

As a dedicated gamer, I’ve found myself in a pickle more than once with my gluten-free snack boxes lacking the essential cheese packet. So, I took it upon myself to reach out directly to Kraft. To my surprise, they sent me a coupon, but alas, the next box I received still missed the mark on the cheese packet.

On TikTok, Abby expressed her concern by saying, “Hey Kraft Mac and Cheese, I’ve been trying to reach you via email and phone calls regarding an issue we’re having, but the coupon feels more like a temporary fix rather than resolving the problem in your manufacturing facility.

It seems that the gluten-free Mac & Cheese boxes you’re purchasing lack the sauce packets, an issue that has occurred with four different boxes from various stores over the past two months. Despite reaching out to us and receiving coupons for new boxes, these replacement boxes also appear to be missing the sauce packets.

She asked, “Could you take a look at the production line to identify where sauce packets might be slipping through? I’m not expressing anger, merely informing you of this issue so that corrective action can be taken.

After being addressed through comments on Abby’s TikTok, Kraft communicated the following: “Greetings. We regret the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Rest assured, there are no quality problems with our gluten-free Kraft Mac and Cheese.” – A representative from Kraft.

Nevertheless, Abby remained unsatisfied with Kraft’s reply and retorted towards the brand. “I believe there’s still some confusion about my initial message,” she stated. “Feel free to reach out via direct message, email or even snail mail, as I’ve provided you with all those contacts. TikToker receives free gluten-free food from various brands

Despite her ongoing business matter with Kraft not yet resolved, Abby has unexpectedly gained widespread attention due to the recent commotion. As a result, various brands have approached her and sent her complimentary gluten-free products as goodwill gestures.

Stouffer shipped a package containing numerous cheese sachets, along with eight frozen containers of gluten-free meals such as Chicken Enchiladas and Cheesy Broccoli with Bacon to the TikTok user.

Apart from delighting Abby with bags stocked with gluten-free goodies, Instacart also included Banza pizza, chocolate Kind bars, Cheerios, Skinny Pop popcorn, candy, cookie dough, and a host of other items. To add to the surprise, California Pizza Kitchen sent over four frozen pizzas as well.

She’s been featured in numerous news broadcasts and hinted that there’s yet more to unveil, implying that those keeping tabs on her saga may not have heard the final chapter just yet.
