In 2027, Pokémon fans will get to experience the world of Pokémon like never before with a huge, immersive new attraction.
The Pokémon Company is partnering with Moment Factory and Mitsui Fudosan to bring a huge, traveling Pokémon experience to life. This attraction will allow guests to feel like they’re actually Pokémon Trainers, stepping into real-world settings.
I’m so excited! From what they’ve said, this new experience is going to use cool technology and storytelling to really make it feel like you’re in the Pokémon world. It sounds like it’s all about teaming up with other fans for a real-life adventure, which is exactly what I’ve always wanted!
The project is planned to launch in Europe in Spring 2027, with plans to expand to other locations afterward.
Immersive Pokemon experience launches in 2027
Although we don’t know exactly how it will work yet, the new attraction promises to let fans experience the world of Pokémon as a Trainer. Details are still scarce, but the possibility of interacting with Pokémon like Pikachu – whether it’s through friendly interactions or battles with other fans – sounds really fun.
According to Andy Gose, who leads media production at The Pokémon Company International, fans everywhere are constantly looking for fresh and exciting ways to enjoy Pokémon.
We’re thrilled to share something that we know Pokémon Trainers will love, and that will bring our community together through their shared excitement and adventurous spirit.
Moment Factory is a Canadian studio that creates spectacular, immersive multimedia experiences and live visuals. They’re the team responsible for the impressive Sphere venue in Las Vegas, and have also collaborated with major names like Disney, Billie Eilish, Universal Studios, and the group TWICE.
Mitsui Fudosan is a leading Japanese real estate company. They’re famous for developing large projects like shopping malls, entertainment complexes, hotels, and arenas, both in Japan and around the world.
This looks like it could be a large-scale event, but we need more information about where it will be held, how to get tickets, and which Pokémon will be available before we know for sure.
While you’re waiting for your in-person training session, why not try something unique like a Gyarados footbath (it’s actually available!) or visit the world’s very first Pokémon-themed airport?
