McDonald’s boo buckets return as next limited edition Happy Meal

For this year’s holiday season, McDonald’s is once again offering its popular Boo Buckets! This gives fans a new opportunity to get the Halloween-themed Happy Meal pails they love.

Beginning October 21st, you’ll be able to find the plastic buckets at participating restaurants nationwide. These collectible containers first appeared in the 1980s and have since become a yearly tradition for the fast-food chain, serving as both a Happy Meal toy and something fun to use while trick-or-treating.

This year brings back the popular Ghost, Pumpkin, and Goblin bucket designs, and we’re also introducing two new ones: Cat and Zombie. Each bucket has a different, fun expression, and McDonald’s is including special Halloween stickers for fans to decorate them.

McDonald’s is once again offering Boo Buckets, featuring 3 familiar designs and 2 new ones.

Here are the new designs:
-🐈‍⬛Black Cat
-🧟‍♂️Red Zombie

📍You can get a Boo Bucket with each Happy Meal-one per meal-while supplies last, starting October 21st at McDonald’s locations nationwide.

Seasonal promotion

The Boo Buckets will only be around for a short time, as long as McDonald’s has them in stock. McDonald’s has highlighted that this offer is happening during Halloween, as part of their strategy of releasing special Happy Meals and limited-edition items.

Okay, so McDonald’s is at it again with the cool stuff for us kids! Right now, they’ve got a promo with the k-pop group BTS, which is awesome. But it doesn’t stop there – I remember they did a collaboration with Hello Kitty from Sanrio and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles not too long ago. These Halloween buckets are just the latest in a long line of fun stuff they’ve been doing!

McDonald’s, known as the Golden Arches, is relaunching Monopoly in the US after nearly ten years. This time around, players will need to use the company’s mobile app to participate.
