Borderlands 4 offers plenty of content, whether you’re playing through the main story or continuing afterward. Once you’ve completed all levels of Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, you can participate in the game’s various world events.

Kairos offers three global events, with each of the major areas hosting one for you to join. You might find yourself battling Creeps in Cascadia Burn and then moving on to The Fadefields to fight against Order soldiers.

Let’s go through every world event in Borderlands 4 and explain how to finish them to get the achievement.

The Goredello World Event Guide

The Goredello is a global event taking place in the Terminus Range area of Borderlands 4. To find it, head northwest from The Reliquary Order Silo, which is located in the Cuspid Climb part of the region.

Among all current events, the Goredello feels most similar to the classic Slaughterdome missions found in past Borderlands games. Essentially, the primary goal is to eliminate waves of enemies as they come at you during the event.

Once you enter the arena, the challenge begins: defeat as many enemies as possible within the given time. There are different levels, ranging from bronze to platinum. You’ll move up to the next level each time you defeat approximately 10 enemies.

Besides defeating enemies, Moxxi will also ask you to finish various tasks, like defeating foes up close or using explosive barrels. Successfully completing one of these challenges will give you extra time during the round, so they’re definitely worth trying!

The event will have multiple rounds, and each one will be more challenging than the last. If you achieve a platinum ranking in every round, you’ll receive a large amount of rewards at the end. Therefore, it’s important to enter with a powerful character build and a strong weapon, such as the Wombo Combo.

Creep Impact World Event Guide

The Creep Impact event is a world event in Borderlands 4, located in the Carcardia Burn region. You can find it on a small piece of land to the northwest of the Makeshift Chalet Safehouse within the Lopside section of the region.

Once this event begins, go to the specified location and speak with the NPC at the counter to initiate it. After starting, a large number of Creeps will fall from the sky, and you’ll need to defeat them all.

There’s more! The Creeps will leave behind ore, and you need to collect it and load it into a cannon named Patootie. With each round, you’ll have to throw an increasing amount of ore into the cannon.

Just like the Goredello event, you’ll progress through tiers – from bronze all the way up to platinum. The more ore you gather, the higher your tier will be. Reaching the platinum tier unlocks the best reward, so make sure to collect as much ore as possible.

Airship World Event Guide

The Airship world event will take place at The Flarewell, located in The Howl area of The Fadefields. When it begins, a massive airship will arrive, and you’ll need to focus on destroying Order technology.

Okay, so this event popped up for me *after* I helped the folks at The Launchpad take down that Order ship. It looks like you’ll find it somewhere between The Launchpad and the Someday Rise Safehouse. It’s a pretty specific location, so keep your eyes peeled! I almost missed it.

The Airship event challenges you to cause as much chaos as possible by eliminating Order guards, damaging ships, freeing prisoners, and more. You’ll also have optional goals, like infiltrating treasure rooms, that will boost your overall destructive power.

As a player, I’ve found that the more aggressively you play – basically, the more destruction you cause – the faster you’ll rank up, going from bronze all the way to platinum. Just like with other events in the game, getting to platinum rank is where you’ll earn the biggest and best rewards, so it’s definitely worth pushing for!
