It’s really disappointing that Sleeping Dogs doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. While it’s often compared to GTA, set in Hong Kong, it’s actually a much deeper game. You play as an undercover cop infiltrating the Triads, which is a risky and challenging job.
With intense situations, a stunning world, and characters you can often feel for, Sleeping Dogs is a truly exceptional game. Despite a re-release, it still hasn’t gotten the attention it deserves, and any fan of action or open-world games should definitely give it a try.
It’s tough for games to stand out in today’s crowded market, and even great ones can get overlooked. Sleeping Dogs is a fantastic example of a hidden gem that deserves another look, even years after its release.
