Stranger Things star predicts globe-trotting future for Murray Buaman

Okay, so I was reading that Brett Gelman, who plays Murray on Stranger Things, is a little bummed his character didn’t get a proper send-off. He seems really hopeful though, saying he envisions Murray becoming this globe-trotting hero, going on adventures all over the world. Honestly, I’d love to see that happen too – Murray deserves it!

The final season of Stranger Things saw some characters find happiness, while others faced heartbreaking losses. One hero’s future remains uncertain.

Murray Bauman didn’t have a big send-off in the show. The Duffer brothers, the creators of the series, have said he’s off doing his own unusual things after Season 5.

Actor Brett Gelman is now sharing his thoughts on what his character, Murray Bauman, might have been up to while traveling the world.

Stranger Things star Brett Gelman sees Murray as a future superhero

During an interview with TopMob, Jacqui Faiman asked Brett Gelman about fan reactions to Stranger Things. One fan comment highlighted that Murray deserved a dedicated scene at the end of the show.

Gelman explains, ‘They didn’t actually film me in a scene, but they did let me observe.’ He adds that he was placed with Mr. Clarke and wonders if the crew could have waited a few more seconds to ensure the moment was fully captured.

According to Gelman, after everything was resolved in Hawkins, Murray will likely move on to other towns where he senses trouble. He’ll spend his life traveling and helping those communities, essentially becoming a wandering problem-solver.

He seems to resolve many issues in the United States, and then extends that problem-solving ability globally – to Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia. It’s almost like he’s an international superhero, tackling local challenges wherever he goes.
