The next Spider-Man movie, officially titled Spider-Man: Brand New Day, is coming to US theaters this summer. Destin Daniel Cretton, known for directing Wonder Man and Shang-Chi, is directing the film, and Tom Holland will return as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, continuing his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The trailer for the new Spider-Man movie, ‘Brand New Day,’ was released yesterday and quickly broke records, becoming the most-watched trailer ever with 718.6 million views in just one day, according to Variety.

The trailer for the new Spider-Man movie quickly became the most-viewed trailer of all time, surpassing the previous record held by Deadpool and Wolverine. It reached 373 million views in just eight hours, exceeding the 365 million views that the Deadpool and Wolverine trailer had. Interestingly, the Deadpool and Wolverine trailer itself had broken a record in 2021 by earning 355.5 million views in 24 hours, beating the numbers from the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer.

The trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day has broken records, becoming the most-viewed trailer of all time. It even surpassed the previous record holder, the trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, which had 475 million views in just one day.

Alongside Tom Holland, the upcoming Spider-Man 4 will feature Zendaya returning as MJ, as well as Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal (as the Punisher), Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando as Scorpion, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, and Marvin Jones III as Tombstone.
