I just heard that LosPollosTV, the big Kick streamer, is thinking about suing U-Haul! Apparently, a U-Haul employee leaked a photo he’d used to prove who he was, and he’s not happy about it. It sounds like he’s really considering legal action.
LosPollosTV is a popular streamer with a large online following. He has over 779,000 followers on Twitch, 275,000 on Kick, and 229,000 subscribers on YouTube. He’s mainly known for playing NBA2K and entertaining his audience with funny moments during his streams.
A recent fan interaction is causing controversy online. Someone attempted to bother the celebrity by sharing an old photo he’d previously submitted to U-Haul as proof of identification.
While live streaming on X in September 2025, the streamer stumbled upon a photo that initially confused him. He recognized it as the same one he’d previously submitted to U-Haul, along with his ID, to prove who he was.

He immediately sent a direct message to the person who posted the photo, worried his account had been compromised, but the actual reason turned out to be even stranger.
Okay, so I was reading this post, and the guy was saying he’d been hacked, but Pollos was like, “No way, I don’t even *know* how to hack!” Apparently, the poster mentioned a company Pollos used to work for, so he did a little digging and found something. He admitted he took a screenshot just to mess with the guy, but he realized it wasn’t cool and showed where he found the info.
The streamer was shocked to learn the poster had hacked into U-Haul’s systems to find the photo the streamer had used for his company profile.
So, this guy told me the photo came from U-Haul. He wasn’t sure exactly when it was taken, but said it had to be over a year ago. Apparently, he somehow got into U-Haul’s system – you need to submit a photo of your ID when you rent from them, and that’s how he did it.

LosPollosTV hits back at criticism over threats to sue U-Haul
Shortly after, a video from one of Pollos’ live streams went viral online, showing them threatening legal action against the company for violating their privacy.
I had some family members who are lawyers contact me, and they immediately said it was a clear-cut case for a lawsuit. That’s what I believed too, but I’m so accustomed to being harassed online that I wasn’t sure what to do.
Honestly, I’m shocked – what this guy did was actually illegal! And it’s not just him, it’s the whole company that’s to blame. All I can say is, good game, but seriously, this is messed up.
Pollos faced some online backlash for his reaction, including one person who made fun of him for taking legal action over a photograph.
The streamer was furious, explaining that a U-Haul employee had found their personal information in the company’s system and then publicly shared it on Twitter, even posting a picture of their driver’s license they’d submitted as identification. They emphasized this was a complete breach of their privacy.
I can’t believe this! Someone at U-Haul found my information in their system and then publicly shared it on Twitter – including a photo I submitted with my driver’s license to prove my identity. This is a complete breach of my privacy. Is that really all it takes to upset people these days? I’m just shocked.

It’s happened before: streamers have had to sue companies for using their image without consent. Earlier in 2024, popular streamer Amouranth revealed she was working with lawyers to investigate a strange situation. A fan had sent her a fake adult toy that featured her photos on the packaging.
