This new Netflix series, with only 8 episodes, is a fantastic choice for a weekend watch and is surprisingly easy to finish in a single session. It’s one of several new shows recently added to Netflix that are ideal for watching all at once.
Just in time for the Super Bowl and the upcoming Winter Olympics, Netflix has released several new shows. With a lot of exciting sporting events happening soon, these shows – including a fast-paced, 8-episode action thriller – are perfect for a quick watch.
Netflix’s New Action Thriller Salvador Just Came Out – What It’s About
Salvador is a thrilling new action series now available on Netflix. All eight episodes were released on February 6, 2026, and this Spanish series is expected to be a major streaming hit this month.
Salvador isn’t your typical action movie. It bravely explores difficult themes, focusing on a father’s relentless effort to save his daughter from a dangerous neo-Nazi group. Luis Tosar plays Salvador Aguirre, a man desperate to understand how his adult daughter became involved with such a hateful ideology and bring her back from it.
Okay, so I just heard about this Spanish film called Salvador, and it sounds intense. It’s about a paramedic named Salvador who’s been fighting his own demons with alcohol, trying to get his life on track. Then he gets this shocking news: his daughter, Milena, is involved with a white supremacist group. He’s understandably determined to pull her out of it, but what starts as a rescue mission quickly turns into something much more complicated as he digs deeper and uncovers some really disturbing stuff. Candela Arestegui plays Milena, and I’m already intrigued!
Salvador Is A Fantastic New 8-Part Show To Binge-Watch Tonight
Netflix
As a total movie and series buff, I’ve been checking out what’s new on Netflix, and this weekend has some really great options for a quick binge! They’ve added some cool original series like Unfamiliar and Cash Queens. But honestly, the one that’s really grabbed my attention is Salvador – it’s perfect for a night in, especially with all the sports happening everywhere else right now.
Like many popular new shows on Netflix, including the hit thriller His & Hers, Salvador quickly grabs your attention. Though the basic story—a parent protecting their child—is similar to movies like Taken, Salvador keeps you guessing with unexpected twists. It’s a gripping story about how far someone will go to save their daughter, and what they’re willing to give up in the process. If you’re looking for a suspenseful show to binge-watch on Netflix, Salvador is worth checking out.
