I’m a huge fan of Khaby Lame! It’s amazing how he’s become so popular online – he makes these hilarious reaction videos where he doesn’t even need to talk. That’s what’s so cool – anyone, anywhere, can understand and enjoy them, no matter what language they speak. He’s really built a massive following because of it!
The popular TikTok creator is expanding his business. A company publicly traded in the U.S. has announced it’s buying part of his company and will also work with him long-term to market his products.
Rich Sparkle Holdings (ANPA.US) has finalized its purchase of Step Distinctive Limited, a company linked to social media personality Khaby Lame. The company also revealed plans to create a digital twin of Lame, powered by AI, to be used for worldwide business ventures over the next several years.
Khaby Lame deal includes plans for AI digital twin
The agreement focuses on developing a complete system to market and sell products under the Lame brand. This goes beyond simple sponsorships and aims to create a unified approach to content creation, retail sales, shipping, and technology.
The company anticipates over $4 billion in annual sales from this partnership. This growth will be fueled by a comprehensive system that integrates worldwide operations, complete service delivery, robust logistical support, and artificial intelligence.
A central part of the plan involves creating a digital replica of Lame, powered by AI, that captures his appearance, voice, and how he acts on camera. Legal documents show that permission has been granted to use these characteristics responsibly to produce content in multiple languages and host virtual shopping events around the world, accommodating different time zones.

Rich Sparkle explained that the AI system helps them produce more content than would be possible with manual scheduling, and it creates consistent digital materials that can be used in different locations.
Okay, so I just heard that Lame, the creator, signed a deal with this Chinese company, Anhui Xiaoheiyang Network Technology. Basically, for the next three years, they’re going to be handling everything related to Lame’s business – all the livestream commerce stuff, the works. They’ve got the exclusive rights globally, so if you see Lame selling anything through a livestream, it’s probably coming through them.
Those rights include:
- Livestream and short video commerce planning
- TikTok Shop operations and conversion strategy
- Cross border supply chain coordination and fulfillment
- Quality control and after sales services
- Brand advertising and visual production
- Commercial deployment of the AI digital twin
Our initial plan centers around three key areas: the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Because of differences in local laws, what people can afford, and shipping costs, each of these markets will have its own pricing and financial tracking system.
In addition to selling products directly, the strategy includes planned advertising and creating shared brands – like combining logos or designs – for things like cosmetics, perfumes, and clothing.
Rich Sparkle also stated that future success relies on following local regulations, getting proper data permissions, and protecting consumers. This also includes making sure AI-created content is delivered effectively and maintains brand safety standards.
