The Marvel Cinematic Universe is a huge and ever-growing franchise with new movies and shows appearing in theaters and on Disney+. Because of all this content, longtime fans may have noticed certain lines of dialogue being used multiple times across different projects. Recently, the studio shared a video highlighting these repeated moments, some of which you might not have even realized were connected.
With excitement building for new Marvel movies like Avengers: Doomsday, many fans are revisiting older films and TV shows from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel recently shared a fantastic video on Instagram showcasing memorable lines that appear throughout the MCU, and it’s a real treat – especially for those who’ve been following the series for a long time. You can watch it below!

Isn’t that amazing? We all know a few catchphrases like “on your left” that connect the different Marvel movies and shows, but I was surprised by how many lines have been repeated throughout the MCU. Let’s take a look at some of the most iconic moments in this video.
The initial preview showed moments from both the first Thor movie and the Loki series. It highlighted a shared scene of the two Asgardian brothers throwing cups and shouting “another.” Because these scenes occurred at different times in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it was a clever nod that dedicated fans would especially appreciate.

Okay, let’s talk Disney+. If you’re a Marvel fan, this is the streaming service you need. They’ve got everything Marvel Cinematic Universe right there. Now, the pricing is pretty flexible. You can start with their ad-supported plan for just $11.99 a month. If ads drive you crazy, you can go ad-free for $18.99 monthly, or, if you’re really committed, you can save about 16% and pay $189.99 upfront for a whole year. Honestly, for the content, it’s a pretty good deal.
A particularly poignant moment came from Elizabeth Olsen’s character, Wanda Maximoff. In Avengers: Infinity War, early in the film, Wanda tells Vision, while examining the Mind Stone, “I just feel you.” This simple line becomes incredibly sad when contrasted with a scene from the WandaVision series, where she’s grieving over his body and says, “I can’t feel you.”
The video also features Captain America’s iconic line, “I could do this all day,” which was used for comedic effect during the Time Heist in Avengers: Endgame. It’s interesting that they didn’t include Captain Carter saying the same line in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness right before she died fighting Wanda.

I was surprised to discover another hidden connection in the Marvel movies. The line “We won,” spoken by Peter Parker after Tony Stark’s death in Avengers: Endgame, isn’t just a moment of victory – it’s actually a callback to a conversation between Captain America and Iron Man in the original Avengers film. It’s a really clever detail!
It will be fascinating to see what other familiar phrases pop up in future Marvel movies. We’re especially looking forward to Avengers: Doomsday, scheduled for release on December 18th, 2026. With The Russo Brothers directing, it seems likely they’ll incorporate these kinds of references into the film.
