Jimmy Donaldson, known online as MrBeast, announced he plans to continue making his show, Beast Games, for the next decade, now that the second season has begun.
There have been several efforts to turn popular online creators into television stars. Some of these haven’t worked out, but a few have actually been successful.
MrBeast, the most popular creator on YouTube, has found success with his new show, Beast Games, on Amazon Prime Video. The first season attracted a large audience, and the second season is already proving to be popular.
Donaldson plans to continue hosting the show for the next ten years, despite the significant effort required to construct the sets.
MrBeast “committed” to doing Beast Games long-term
In a recent conversation with TopMob, Jimmy discussed the difficulties of producing the second season of Beast Games. He said the most significant challenge is constructing a large-scale set designed to look like a city for the show’s contestants.
Honestly, the hardest part of this whole project is building the city each year. We basically have to design and build a brand new one from scratch, and we’re planning on making this an annual event. It’s a huge undertaking!
I’ve essentially committed to spending the next decade building a city, year after year.

The popular YouTuber also pointed out that the city build wasn’t entirely negative. He especially liked the rooms where the contestants were living this year.
Amazon has ordered a third season of Beast Games, meaning fans can expect to see more of the show in the future.
I’m a huge MrBeast fan, and it’s amazing to see how much he’s planning! He doesn’t just want to make videos; he’s actually aiming to start a bank, create his own phone network, and even build something like the next Disney. I think staying visible on TV for the next ten years would be a really smart way to build everything up and make those big plans a reality.
