With Homelander now in charge, America is adjusting to his leadership. At Godolkin University, a new dean is running a special course designed to enhance students’ superpowers. Marie, Jordan, and Emma are back in class after a difficult few months, while Cate and Sam are being celebrated as heroes. Tensions are rising between humans and superpowered individuals, and the students at Godolkin-known as Gen V-begin to uncover a hidden program dating back to the 1960s, learning that Marie has a surprising connection to it.
