The latest Valorant update, 11.11, has arrived, and it introduces a new feature: players can now gift Valorant Points to their friends. Here’s a quick rundown of what’s new.
Valorant had a significant second half of 2025. The popular five-on-five shooter from Riot Games celebrated its fifth anniversary in the summer, and the celebration included a lot of new features, most notably an upgrade to Unreal Engine 5.
Riot Games has recently updated many of the game’s Agents, including a major overhaul of Harbor, which players have been requesting for a long time. These changes affect Agents of all types.
As 2025 approaches, the latest Valorant update (patch 11.11) is adding a highly requested feature: the ability to gift Valorant Points to friends.
VP gifting going live
Starting December 3rd, some Valorant players will be able to gift Valorant Points to their friends.
This will be denoted with a new option when purchasing Valorant Points from the Valorant store.
To gift a skin, the person you’re sending it to needs to meet a few requirements: they must be at least level 15 in Valorant, have been your friend for at least a week, and not currently be banned from the game. As long as they meet these conditions, you can send the gift.

On top of that, the 11.11 patch is addressing a number of bugs with Agents and Gun Buddies.
