Resolution Games first launched Demeo in 2021, bringing a Dungeons & Dragons-inspired tabletop RPG experience to virtual reality on Meta Quest and later, PlayStation. Now, the game is officially becoming a true Dungeons & Dragons experience with the release of Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked, created in partnership with Wizards of the Coast. It’s available now on PlayStation 5, PC, and VR headsets.
Battlemarked is a cooperative game for up to four players, set in the world of the Forgotten Realms. Each player can choose from six character classes – Bard, Fighter, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, or Sorcerer – and work together through one of two campaigns. Your characters grow stronger as you play, letting you customize their abilities. Best of all, your progress isn’t erased when the campaign ends, so you can continue using your favorite characters again and again.
The two campaigns launching today with Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked are as follows:
- Embers of Chaos, in which players “uncover a goblin conspiracy in Neverwinter Wood and descend into the volcanic depths beneath Mount Hotenow.”
- Crown of Frost, which features “a frost giant uprising in Icewind Dale” where players will “trek from Ten Towns to the icy halls of Frost Keep.”
Resolution Games plans to keep updating Battlemarked after its release with new content, including both new campaigns and characters. They’ve confirmed that more campaigns are in development as downloadable content, with releases planned throughout 2026 and beyond, taking players to well-known areas within the Forgotten Realms.
Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked is now available for $30 on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR 2, as well as on PC through Steam and Meta Quest devices.
