SteveWillDoIt from the NELK Boys announced that his YouTube channel has been restored after a three-year ban, and he’s starting to create content again.
Being permanently banned from an online platform can sometimes effectively end a creator’s career. While they might attempt to rebuild an audience elsewhere, matching their previous success is often difficult.
In 2022, SteveWillDoIt, a key member of the NELK Boys, received a ban from YouTube. This happened because he shared a link to the online gambling site Stake and advertised his other channel after it had been removed, both of which violated YouTube’s rules.
I’ve been pretty frustrated with the platform for a while now, seeing some creators promote gambling stuff without getting in trouble. I’ve always said I’d love to go back to YouTube, and it’s actually happening now, which is awesome!
SteveWillDoIt admits he has been “depressed” over YouTube ban
Deleonardis revealed on November 18th that he’s launching a new channel on December 24th. He intends to give away $1 million when the channel hits 1 million subscribers.
He shared on Instagram that he’s been struggling with depression for the past three years, feeling lost since stepping away from YouTube. Despite this, he expressed gratitude and happiness for his followers.
SteveWillDoIt has launched a new channel and it’s already gained about 20,000 subscribers since he announced it.

He’s also gained attention from popular figures like MrBeast and Bradley Martyn, who are excited about his comeback.

He’s been discussing a possible return to creating YouTube videos for a while now. In late October, Steve shared with The Hollywood Fix that he was actively planning his comeback.
He assured me to be patient, explaining he had a plan to become a major YouTube personality. “You’ll start seeing SteveWillDoIt on YouTube regularly – every week on the same day and at the same time,” he said. “And it’s going to be really good, entertaining content.”
